Meet The Team

Meet Yoel

Yoel is the owner and driving force behind Jay Fencing Services LLC. He immigrated to the United States from Cuba in 2001, and like so many who come to this country, he came with nothing but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Shortly after arriving, Yoel discovered a passion for the trades and taught himself the craft of fence installation from the ground up. What started as honest, hard work quickly turned into something bigger. He founded Jay Fencing Services and never looked back.

His wife has been by his side every step of the way, handling the permits, the paperwork, and everything behind the scenes that keeps the business running smoothly. Jay Fencing is truly a family operation.

Over the years Yoel has grown the business far beyond residential work. Jay Fencing has completed projects for Toho Water Authority, Kissimmee Gateway Airport, Orlando International Airport, and the Florida Department of Transportation, the kind of jobs that don't go to just anyone. They go to contractors who have earned a reputation for showing up, doing the work right, and getting it done.

Today Jay Fencing serves homeowners and commercial clients across all of Central Florida, built on twenty plus years of trust, craftsmanship, and the same work ethic Yoel brought with him when he first arrived on American soil.

Meet Jan

Jan is the backbone of Jay Fencing. While Yoel is in the field and Moses is building the brand, Jan is the one making sure everything actually runs.

She immigrated from Cuba alongside her husband and has been part of this business since day one, not as a bystander, but as an equal partner in every sense of the word. The permits, the paperwork, the financials, the scheduling, if it requires organization and precision, it goes through Jan.

Before Jay Fencing, Jan built a career as a registered nurse here in Florida. She spent years showing up for people on their hardest days, making sure nothing fell through the cracks when it mattered most. That same instinct, to care, to be thorough, to genuinely help people, she brought it straight into the family business.

Clients might not always see her name on the truck, but they feel her work on every job. The permit that got pulled on time, the paperwork that was spotless, the project that stayed on schedule, that's Jan.

She keeps the books clean, keeps the deadlines met, and if we're being honest, keeps Yoel on track too.

Jay Fencing is a family business in the truest sense. And Jan is the reason it runs like one.

Meet Moses

Moses is the next generation of Jay Fencing. At 21 years old he works alongside his father Yoel in every aspect of the business, from getting his hands dirty on installation days to sitting down with clients and walking them through their estimates.

Growing up watching his father build something from nothing left a mark on him. He learned the craft early, developed a respect for the work, and when the time came to decide what to do with his life, the answer was simple, show up for his family the same way his dad always did.

Now with a wife and a baby boy on the way, that drive hits different. Moses brings a new dimension to Jay Fencing that the business never had before, the marketing, the website, the digital presence, the strategy. Everything you're seeing online right now is his doing. While Yoel perfects the craft in the field, Moses is building the brand behind the scenes.

His goal isn't to change what Jay Fencing is. It's to make sure a lot more people find out about it.

Together, a father and son, one who built it with his hands, one who's helping it grow, making sure every single client in Central Florida gets the service they actually deserve.
